About Amandeep Sidhu, RCC
I bring over 15 years of experience in counselling, mental health, and psychosocial assessment to my work with clients. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I create a safe space where we can explore what’s really going on and work together to develop practical coping strategies that fit your life.
I work with people from many cultures, with particular experience supporting South Asian clients and families. Language can be a real barrier to accessing care and communicating across generations, especially with children. By offering sessions in Punjabi and Hindi, I help remove that barrier and create more opportunities for connection and understanding.
Please email: Info@empowered-wellness.org if you are interested in working with me!

Who I work with:
Adults (19+)
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, especially when you’re used to putting others’ needs before your own. I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore what’s been weighing on you. There’s no pressure to have the right words or know exactly where to begin.
For many people, family expectations and cultural beliefs can make it difficult to express emotions or reach out for support. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at your own pace, make room for your needs, and develop practical ways to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
If you feel we might be a good fit, I welcome you to book a free 15-minute consultation. We can get to know one another, talk about what brings you to counselling, and answer any questions you may have.
Your needs matter, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
